After Week 9 we have more changes in the fantasy landscape. Before another week of waivers, there are some players that you can feel comfortable dropping for a better option. Below are 5 players who are not worth rostering anymore in fantasy football

Dak Prescott

Roster Percentage: 89%

The 2024 season has been an utter disappointment for Prescott and the Cowboys. He has only eclipsed 20 fantasy points once in eight games and exited last week’s game with a hamstring injury. Prescott reportedly is expected to miss a significant amount of time from the hamstring injury. It is not worth holding him on your bench until he gets healthy.

Alexander Mattison

Roster Percentage: 65%

Mattison has struggled to find consistent production leading the Raiders backfield, finishing with less than 40 rushing yards in four of the last five games. While he continues to see a significant workload, his lack of efficiency makes him a difficult player to trust for fantasy managers, especially with the Raiders heading into a Week 10 bye.

Jalen McMillian

Roster Percentage: 34%

With Chris Godwin out for the year and Mike Evans sidelined, McMillan had an opportunity to step up. However, he was a late addition to the injury report with a hamstring issue, casting doubt on his availability for the upcoming game. If McMillan misses time, his fantasy value takes a hit, making him droppable, especially with tougher matchups and a bye week coming up.

Romeo Doubs

Roster Percentage: 64%

With so many pass-catching options in Green Bay, Doubs has become a victim of the numbers game. Jordan Love’s struggles have hampered the Packers’ passing attack, making it difficult for Doubs to carve out a consistent role. Given the unpredictability of the Packers’ receiving corps, Doubs is a reasonable drop candidate for fantasy managers in need of more reliable players.

Tyler Conklin

Roster Percentage: 19%

Conklin has seen his fantasy value plummet since the arrival of Davante Adams in New York. Over the last three games, he has just 8 receptions for 46 yards and no touchdowns. With Conklin clearly behind Garrett Wilson and Adams in the pecking order, he is no longer a viable fantasy option and can be safely dropped in most leagues.
