With Week 13 officially in the books, there are more names you need to know on this week’s waiver wire. You may be dealing with injuries, bye weeks, or just need to cycle players out on your bench. Whatever it is, the waiver wire is there to help you win in the final week of the fantasy football regular season. Let’s take a look at some of the best players that should be added this week on waivers to help lift your team into the playoffs.

Top Priority Waiver Wire Pickups (If Available)
Isaac Guerendo RB (SF)
6% Rostered
With Christian McCaffrey’s season-ending injury and Jordan Mason finding himself on IR, Isaac Guerendo is left as the lead man in San Francisco. With CMC sidelined, we saw Mason average 17.3 carries per game for 90.6 yards and averaged 14.5 fantasy points per game. This season Guerendo has 184 yards in two games where Jordan Mason left early for injury and is averaging 5.9 yards per carry this season. Guerendo is the most valuable player on the waiver wire this week and I recommend going all in to get him.
Keon Coleman WR (BUF)
55% Rostered
Before the wrist injury, Keon Coleman was starting to break out averaging 17+ points for two weeks. Coleman’s role in the offense as a big play threat will always separate his targets from the likes of Khalil Shakir and Dalton Kincaid who both have higher target shares. This season Coleman ranks 22nd among receivers in average target distance while ranking 3rd in target quality rating. The Bills’ rest of the season schedule benefits perimeter receivers and will make Coleman a valuable asset to own down the stretch.
Worthy Waiver Wire Pickups
Adam Thielen WR (WAS)
34% Rostered
In his second game since returning from injured reserve, Adam Thielen had 8 catches for 99 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets. Thielen has been Young’s favorite option since last season and as Thielen continues to increase his snaps, his floor will continue to rise. Last season, he was the WR26 averaging 13.5 PPR points per game and that seems like a reasonable mark for him to hit for the rest of the season. Thielen is the most valuable pass catcher in an improving Panthers’ offense and should be the top wide receiver on your waiver wire this week.
Kimani Vidal RB (LAC)
13% Rostered
Kimani Vidal had been a healthy inactive from Weeks 10-12, but with J.K. Dobbins placed on injured reserve, he stepped into a rotation with Gus Edwards in Week 13. Vidal finished with 20 rushing yards on four carries resulting in 5 yards per attempt. Though Vidal did not take third-down snaps as we expected, he outperformed Hassan Haskins, securing a 26% snap share and moving ahead of him on the depth chart. Haskins, who had a fumble and a 13% snap share, is likely to remain behind Vidal. Vidal is worth an add if Gus Edwards is never able to fully take over this backfield.
Russell Wilson QB (PIT)
35% Rostered
Russell Wilson was one of the top fantasy quarterbacks in Week 13, throwing for 414 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. Since taking over as the starting quarterback in Pittsburgh he now has three performances inside the top ten quarterbacks. Looking ahead, Wilson has several favorable matchups. He’ll face the Cleveland Browns next week who Russ played well against two weeks ago only throwing seven incompletions and throwing for 270 yards. In Weeks 16 and 17, he faces the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs—two teams that have given up significant fantasy points to quarterbacks this season.
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine WR (TEN)
18% Rostered
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine has been a touchdown machine with eight touchdowns in his last eight games. This is the second straight week he has made the waiver wire list due to his big play ability. During that eight-game stretch, he has seen at least four targets in six games while scoring over 10+ points in five games. I would be cautious of his floor though because he has scored a touchdown on 40% of his catches this season. Westbrook-Ikhine is more valuable in standard formats as he ranks as the WR6 since Week 6 and is worth rostering due to his big play ability.
Tank Bigsby RB (JAX)
38% Rostered
Tank Bigsby has had a lot of hype around his name over this season to eventually take over as the lead back in Jacksonville. While that has not happened, Week 13 was encouraging for Bigsby holding some fantasy value. Doug Pederson made D’Ernest Johnson a healthy scratch giving Etienne 53% of snaps and Bigsby 46% of snaps. This is a big boost for Bigsby who is struggling to carve out a role on third downs and will earn more early down work without Johnson in the lineup. He is averaging over 5 yards per carry this season and is worth stashing off the waiver wire this week.
Sincere McCormick RB (LV)
0% Rostered
Sincere McCormick didn’t see his first offensive snaps until Week 12 but his rise in the Raiders’ backfield has been driven by injuries to Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quadriceps). McCormick has made the most of his opportunities, averaging 5.7 yards per carry, outpacing Mattison (3.3), White (2.8), and Ameer Abdullah (4.4) this season. In Week 13, he posted career highs with 64 rushing yards on 12 attempts and saw his role increase on early down touches. With uncertainty surrounding the return of Mattison and White, McCormick remains a solid pickup on the waiver wire and could earn a bulk of the early down work the rest of the season.
New Orleans Saints DEF
26% Rostered
In the last two weeks, defenses against the New York Giants have allowed 27 points, recovered 2 fumbles, have 1 INT, 10 sacks, and 1 touchdown resulting in 29 fantasy points. The New Orleans Saints have not been good this season only posting one performance over 10 points but have not allowed an opponent to score over 24 points in five weeks.
