90. Brock Purdy QB 49ers

Purdy officially broke out in his first full season in San Fransisco, taking the team to the super bowl and earning his first pro bowl nod in 2023. Last season Purdy threw for 4280 yards, 31 touchdowns, and led the league with 113 passer rating. The numbers jump off the screen and if he builds on last season people will start to credit him a lot more for the 49er’s success.
89. Cooper Kupp WR Rams
Kupp finds himself lower on this list due to an injury riddled season last year. Before last season Kupp was a target machine in the Rams offense which has now added another top 100 player in Puka Nacua. If Kupp stays healthy this season there is no reason that he will not return to form and produce like he has in the past.
88. Xavier McKinney S Packers
In a contract season, McKinney broke out and earned his massive payday from the Packers. McKinney was the highest coverage graded safety last year according to PFF with a 91.2 rating. He will be tasked with improving a Packers defense that ranked in the bottom half of the NFL in almost every stat last year. Expect him to build upon his 2023 campaign and help turn that Packers defense around
87. Jeremiah Owuso-Koramoah LB Browns

Another player that got paid this offseason, JOK as they call him finds his name for the first time in top 100 players list. A swiss army knife at linebacker, he can cover, stop the run, and is a great blitzer. Last season JOK racked up 101 total tackles, 20 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, and 2 interceptions earning himself a pro bowl nod.
86. Rashawn Slater OT Chargers
Slater has been ranked a lot higher on this list in the past, but injuries have hurt his play the last two seasons. Slater is still a reliable tackle when he is on the field earning a 76.6 grade from PFF last season. He excels at pass blocking but needs to take a step forward in the running game to return to elite form.
85. Tyler Linderbaum C Ravens
Overshadowed by having Jason Kelce, Creed Humphrey, and Frank Ragnow at his position, Tyler Linderbaum is a force to be reckon with in the middle of the Ravens offense. Linderbaum earned a 78.5 grade from PFF in his sophomore season and will continue leading the best rushing attack in football.
84. Denzel Ward CB Browns

Another Browns defender finds themself in this range of players. Ward is now a 3x pro bowler in his career with 15 total interceptions to his name. He is a twitchy athlete who has been the shutdown guy the Browns needed in Man coverage. Ward is not great against the run, but he excels in coverage.
83. Brian Burns EDGE Giants
Burns has been a hot commodity on the trade market for a few years now. He finally got traded this offseason to the Giants and brings his 46 career sacks to the team. Still young, entering his age 26 season, Burns can develop more into an elite pass rusher with his explosiveness off the ball. It will be interesting to see the trio of Burns, Lawrence, and Thibodeaux in New York this season.
82. Stefon Diggs WR Texans
Diggs was dominant to start 2023 and looked like he was not slowing down. After OC Ken Dorsey was fired everything changed. Diggs looked like he aged. He was getting less targets, less separation, and more frustrated each week. It will be interesting to see the impact Diggs has on the Texans this season in a crowded wide receiver room
81. Keenan Allen WR Bears
Another player in a crowded wide receiver room is Keenan Allen. Coming over from Los Angeles, Keenan Allen had a resurgence season in 2023. Allen stayed healthy and was dominant for the Chargers earning himself another pro bowl nod. If Allen stays healthy his elite route running skills paired with D.J. Moore could have the Bears cooking up one of the top offenses in football in 2024.
